Client Responsibilities

Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in individual service agreements. Fees may include placement fees, monthly retainers, or project-based pricing depending on the service type.

Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in your service agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Tech Talent Hub website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information, candidate data, and proprietary processes shared during the engagement.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Termination does not relieve obligations for services already rendered or payments due.

Limitation of Liability

Tech Talent Hub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.
